EULA - End User License Agreement

The SVARTRACKER is distributed as TRY-BEFORE-YOU-BUY. This means:

1. SVARTRACKER (C) 2005-2007 SVAr software (www.svarsoft.com)

This copyright does not cover dynamically linked components that link to SVARTRACKER. See component about dialogs, dll version info or readme.txt files to obtain information about their respective owners.

2. Anyone may use this software with limitations. If program provide sufficient functionality and you want to remove limitations - you must register. Limitation of free version: You can not save song files in demo version.

3. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive personal license to use SVARTRACKER. Only registered user can install and use registered version. You cannot redistribute the registered version of SVARTRACKER. You cannot sell or transfer your registration. Licensed users may download and install minor updates (ie. version 1.1 to version 1.2) at no charge. Upgrade discounts are available to upgrade from the previous major version to the current major version (ie. v1.x to v2.x).

4. The free version may be freely distributed, with exceptions noted below, provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution.

5. To register you must go to our web site www.svarsoft.com and follow instructions.

6. SVARTRACKER IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, AND LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

7. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

8. Installing and using SVARTRACKER signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.

9. If you do not agree with the License Agreement you must promptly remove SVARTRACKER files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
The demo songs, preset banks and samples are the properties of their respective owners.
